- We ship Australia-wide.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. We will try our best to have the order dispatched within 1 business day if possible.
- All orders will be shipped using Australia Post.
- The estimated delivery times after dispatch are detailed below:

- The delivery times above are estimates. The estimated delivery will vary depending on where you live. Rural/remote areas may take longer.
- We recommend using a shipping address where there is someone available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery, then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
- To avoid delivery problems, please ensure that your postal address details are correct when confirming your order.
- If a parcel is returned to Bright River due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the return and redelivery fee. Please contact us at contact@brightriver.com.au before the parcel has been returned to our warehouse to let us know what you wish to do with the returned parcel.
- For returned parcels that are not redelivered, there will be a $22 return and restocking charge that will be deducted from the order refund.
- Bright River is not responsible for any unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect or insufficient addresses submitted during the order. Bright River is also not responsible for any parcels that have been lost or stolen unless this had occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status ‘Delivered’ will signify that the order has been successfully received.
- You may give us “Authority to Leave” for your orders so that a signature will not be required at the time of delivery in the ‘order notes’ section during checkout. Please note that if you have given “Authority to Leave”, then Bright River will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order if the tracking has been scanned as ‘Delivered’. If you decide to use Australia Post’s “Safe Drop” or if you request for a redirection for your parcel, then Bright River will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases.
