Refunds, Warranties & Returns

  • Bright River Pty Ltd’s Refunds, Warranties & Returns Policy does not limit the rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Received Incorrect, Faulty or Missing Items

  • If there is a problem with any of the items that you have received from your order placed online from Bright River Pty Ltd’s Official Online Store, please contact us as soon as possible via our email address, or contact us page.
  • If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, or if you have items missing from your order, then please contact us with the Order Number and details about the item(s) that are incorrect, damaged, faulty or missing.
  • For Incorrect or Missing Items, we will either provide you a refund or a replacement for the item.
  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel to inform us about any incorrect, damaged, faulty or missing items.
  • For any returns after the above 14-day timeframe, we reserve the right to deny the return at our discretion.
  • In order to be eligible, you must provide a Proof of Purchase from Bright River Pty Ltd.
  • If an item is missing, please provide us photos of the unboxing of the parcel, and the paper invoice included within.
  • If an item is required to be returned, please pack it securely with cardboard or bubble wrap to ensure it reaches us safely.
  • If you are returning an incorrect item from your order, please return it Unopened, Unused and leave the packaging in its Original & Re-saleable condition. If the returned item is found Opened, Used and/or the packaging is not in its Original & Re-saleable Condition, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee that will be deducted from the order’s refund.
  • Please ensure that the return item (defective, faulty or incorrect) contains all contents originally included in the packaging. If a returned item is missing contents from its packaging, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee that will be deducted from the order’s refund.
  • Bright River Pty Ltd reserves the right to have returned items examined and assessed within a reasonable time frame by the manufacturer and/or ourselves, to determine if the defect/problem was not due to your fault. The item will be assessed to see whether it is defective, or simply require some form of basic troubleshooting.
  • We will notify you about the outcomes from the assessment of the returned item(s).
  • If it is deemed that you had received a defective or faulty item, we will offer to provide you a refund, replacement or repair for the item.
  • Bright River Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline a refund, replacement or repair if it is determined that the returned item’s fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Warranty for Defective Items

  • We provide refunds, replacement or repairs for faulty or defective products purchased online from Bright River Pty Ltd’s Official Online Store if it is returned to us within the product’s specified Warranty Period (on the item’s individual Product Page).
  • If the Warranty Period is unspecified, then the Warranty Period will be 30 days from the day of purchase.
  • In order to be eligible, you must provide a Proof of Purchase from Bright River Pty Ltd.
  • If an item is required to be returned, please pack it securely with cardboard or bubble wrap to ensure it reaches us safely.
  • Please do your best to ensure that you return the defective item with all of its contents originally included in the packaging.
  • If a returned item is missing contents from its packaging, and if you are eligible for a refund, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee that will be deducted from the order’s refund.
  • Bright River Pty Ltd reserves the right to have returned items examined and assessed within a reasonable time frame by the manufacturer and/or ourselves, to determine if the defect/problem was not due to your fault. The item will be assessed to see whether it is defective, or simply require some form of basic troubleshooting.

  • If it is found that the returned item has major failure(s) or minor defect(s), and if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer, then the customer can request for item to be repaired, free of charge, by an approved manufacturer’s repairer.
  • If the returned item cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame, then the customer can request to have that item replaced. Bright River Pty Ltd will then replace the returned item with a new or used product of the same brand that has similar features.
  • If it is found that the returned item has major failure(s), and if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer, then the customer can request for a refund of the original purchase price for the returned item.
  • Bright River Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline a refund, replacement or repair if it is determined that the returned item’s fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Change of Mind

  • We are not obligated to accept Change of Mind returns for order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of items due to Change of Mind.
